Strawberry Daiquiri
This luscious frozen cocktail blends ripe strawberries, tart lime, and premium rum into a refreshing, slushy delight. Perfect for summer sipping or whenever you crave a taste of the tropics.

Ingredients:
- 45 ml (1.5 oz) Bacardí Superior Rum (or other light rum)
- 15 ml (0.5 oz) Fraise Liqueur (strawberry liqueur)
- 30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) fresh strawberry purée (about 4-5 ripe strawberries)
- 5 ml (1 tsp) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Garnish: Fresh strawberry or mint sprig
Method:
- Prepare the Glass:
- Chill a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
- Blend to Perfection:
- In a blender, combine rum, Fraise liqueur, lime juice, strawberry purée, simple syrup, and ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and frosty, about 20-30 seconds.
- Serve & Garnish:
- Pour into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim or a mint sprig for aroma.
